Pruning

Arboriculture practice involving the selective removal parts of a plant, such as branches, buds, or roots. The reason why we prune trees is to remove dead branches, crossing branches & lighting up heavy branches, Thinning is performed on trees that are very dense this proses will remove sometimes large branches and thin canopy so light can shine underneath for grasses and flower beds, will reduce the damage of high velocity winds & reduce the weight of the rain fall. Shaping a tree is very delicate,  carefully we choose each branch and cut it back to the same size to the one next to it with the correct tool for each branch, in other words guide the tree so they can grow vigorous and with fewer hazards to the surrounding habitat that they are in by doing so the tree health will thrive.

Canopy Raise

Remove the lower branches from a tree in order to provide clearance for buildings, vehicles, pedestrians, and vistas.

Crown & Tree Reduction

Reducing the height and or spread of a tree by selectively and cut back branches to a smaller size,  in fruit trees for increasing of light interception and enhancing fruit quality, tree reduction method such as pollarding is usually done on Liquidambar & Mulberry trees and sometimes trees on parking lots & shopping center.

Vista Pruning

This is a great method for houses on the hill side where we carefully select the branches to prune and create a window sight. Not all trees are suitable for this technic some trees will have to be top or reduce to achieve the view that you desired.
